This service includes: a free initial consultation meeting prior to the wedding where we will put the timetable together, build Emergency Contact List, create an agenda for the wedding regarding my attendance /direction of the wedding rehearsal, my attendance/direction of the wedding day from an hour before the ceremony until the close of the reception (with an assistant).
This package includes:
- Wedding planning spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary and thinking through all details
- Review of draft schedule one month in advance of wedding
- One complimentary meeting 3-4 weeks in advance of wedding to discuss last minute details and expectations
- Correspondence with vendors to confirm details the week before the wedding
- Coordination and presence at the wedding rehearsal
