Yes. Many of our couples see their venue for the first time the week of the wedding. We visit on your behalf, send video tours and taste menus, and you see every decision in your planning portal.

We guide you through the documents, timings and marriage officer arrangements, so the paperwork is one less thing to think about.
We recommend accommodation, arrange room blocks where possible, and prepare clear travel information to share with your guests.
Starting prices are listed on each service page. Full Wedding Planning begins at $1,800 USD and Wedding Management at $800. After our first conversation you receive a clear, itemised proposal.
Yes. Our fee covers our planning and design work. Venue, catering, florals and other vendors are contracted separately, and we help you manage that budget.
A signed agreement and an initial retainer reserve your date. The remaining balance is spread across the planning period.
Always. Our team is on site from setup to send-off, running the day quietly so you can be fully present.
Every outdoor plan we make comes with a considered weather plan, agreed with you well before the day.
